Raised on 2,000 acres of open range, our American Wagyu are fed a biodiverse diet of crops we grow ourselves, including finishing silage that produces the rich marbling Wagyu is known for. 

No antibiotics, ever. We keep our cattle healthy naturally with apple cider vinegar, diatomaceous earth, and other whole supplements.
We use registered Wagyu genetics and selective breeding to improve quality with every generation. 

Our beef has been nutrient-density tested and actually scores higher than traditional grass-fed across multiple measures; the best of both worlds.

We started raising beef so we'd know exactly what we were feeding our own families. That standard hasn't changed. Clean, healthy, and drop-dead delicious.
