Crofter Market, LLC ("we" or "us" or "our" or "Crofter Market") respects your privacy as one of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our app or services offered through our app, or utilize our services in any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the "App" or the "Services").

We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the App, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.
You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the App or the Services after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted or by attending or participating with any of our events, activities, or classes offered or provided to you or others.
COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
To help us provide Services and conduct our business, we may collect information about you in a variety of ways. Our Services are mainly provided to two types of users, "Producers" who post products for sale on the App, and "Consumers" who purchase the products or offerings of Producers. This Privacy Policy applies to both types of users, and if there is not specific delineation for how the information is collected or used based on the user, it should be construed to apply to both types of users.
The information we may collect on the App or through the Services includes:
Personal Data
Personally identifiable information of you, such as your name, billing address, email address, third-party account number(s), passwords, telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you register for an account on our App, utilize our Services, or otherwise choose to participate in various activities related to the App. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the App or the Services and you may be unable to receive the benefit of the Services offered. You also will not be able to register for an account with the App.
Producers
We may also keep and process any information required for legal or tax compliance.
Consumers
In order for a Producer to fulfill your product, Crofter Market must share your information with the Producer. Crofter Market does not audit or verify how the Producers utilize the information obtained from the Consumers. Each Consumer agrees to independently verify the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of each Producer or the business they work with.
Derivative Data
Information our servers or software program may automatically collect when you access the App or utilize Services or your account, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the App or the Services. If you are accessing the device from a mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your information made accessible on the device, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide. This information may be collected for both Consumers and Producers.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, billing address, name on credit card, etc.) may be collected when you purchase, order, receive a refund, or request information about our Services or otherwise access anything from the App. With most of the financial information, such information is stored by our payment processor. We may utilize Ziftpay for payment processing, and Ziftpay may store your information in accordance with their privacy policy. Please review Ziftpay's privacy policy for further information about how they handle and treat your information and contact them directly for responses to your questions. Please understand that when you make a payment from our App, you will be providing financial information to a third party.
Third-Party Data
Information obtained from third parties connected to the App, such as plug-ins, payment providers, contact us forms, or other services or software offered or provided by third parties. Please understand that when you access the App, third parties do collect and transmit information in accordance with their privacy policies.
Cookies and Analytics
This App may use cookies and other analytical tools to track a user's use and experience with the App. Such information may include pages you visit, length of time on the pages, whether you purchase products or sign up for an account, information provided by third party services, and information that identifies statistically probable location, gender, age and other personal information by noting your browsing activities and comparing it to statistical trends. This information is collected for anyone that visits the App or utilizes the App in any way.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smoother, more efficient, and more customized experience and helps us to identify ways that we can improve and tailor our services. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

If a Consumer interacts with a Producer, the Producer may obtain or access personal information about the Consumer that the Consumer shares with them. We are not responsible for what information a Producer obtains, uses, or processes while interacting with you.
Online Postings
When you post comments, contributions or other content about us on social media or other online locations (such as reviews), your posts may be viewed by all users and others on the internet and may be publicly distributed outside the App in perpetuity.

Our App may include links or other information that enable you to visit third-party websites. When you select such a link, some information about you or your visit to the App is communicated to the host of the link. The information collected and used is governed by those controlling the site(s) associated with the links, and you should review the privacy policies associated with such links prior to making any purchases from or using the services associated with the links.
Related Companies
We may share your information with our related companies or those who receive a license from us, in which case we will require those related companies to honor this Privacy Policy. Related companies include (if any) a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, licensees, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
Business Partners
We may share your information with our agents and business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.
Other Third Parties

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
