These greens come to you as a LIVE superfood. As such you will have the responsibility of keeping them alive....which is SUPER EASY.

The tray will need a spot in a sunny location. We put ours in front of our kitchen window . You will bottom water your tray 1-2 cups of water every day. That's it. They will thrive and you can cut off fresh greens as you need them. Farm to table never looked fresher. They are amazing!

When your tray is used up, return it as is. We will swap at the next delivery. No need to dispose of the soil or wash them. We will compost the soil and sanitize the trays.

Eat them with salads, omelets, potatoes and sandwiches... pretty much anything savory. No need for special recipes just add them to your life!
